Delete your amena account
Delete it in the app
- Open amena and sign in.
- Tap "Me" in the bottom tab bar.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the app
Email privacy@orahi.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "amena account deletion request". After confirming it is you, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, please say so in your message.
What is deleted
- Your account (email, sign-in identifier, display name) and settings
- Recordings, pronunciation results and streak
- AI tutor conversations, reports, tutor memory and tutor audio files
- Reflection notes and saved verses, expressions and corrections
- Subscription status records and any remaining credits
What is kept
- Usage records and AI usage and cost records are unlinked from your account and kept in a form that no longer identifies you.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for 5 years as the law requires.
- Diagnostics are deleted after up to 90 days.
If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
